Viator a Tripadvisor Company

Travel is a fun industry with demanding but relatable users. As part of the Design team, I streamlined copy for important points in the traveler’s buying journey.

For the new Careers page, I approached it like a B2C SEM landing page. The copy gets job-seekers excited about the company’s growth and introduces the global culture. The goal isn’t bulk conversions, but rather quality leads from fitting applicants.

My contributions went beyond streamlined design copy. I created a central library of product shelf headers in Figma. Using pre-formatted copy from this “how we say things” file saves designers time and reduces QA’s burden to fix minor style errors.
