Writing a social media campaign for a medical device has all the same challenges as any B2C marketing campaign, plus stricter guidelines. There’s a need to deeply understand both the product, the conditions it treats, and users relate to the product.

This campaign increased engagement and product awareness for the B2C audience on Facebook and Instagram and to the clinical B2B audience on LinkedIn.
